But today, we’ve taken a bold step forward.

On August 27, we officially achieved our ESG Certification, assessed by CRIF Ratings via the Synesgy global digital platform, endorsed by GRI. This isn’t just about recognition — it’s about continuously improving how we operate by embedding a comprehensive ESG strategy into our core business practices.

Because we believe sustainability should no longer be a side initiative. It must be a strategic compass — guiding how we grow, serve, and impact the world.

With the support of our partner Green Transition, we’ve begun by evaluating our assumptions, processes, and impact — to identify where we stand, and where we must accelerate.

As one of the first travel agencies in Vietnam to receive this certification, we’re proud to set a pioneering example for our industry.
