We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources (HR Manager) to lead our HR function in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that drives business growth and fosters a high-performance culture.

As our Head of HR, you will be the architect of our people operations, overseeing everything from talent acquisition and organizational design to compensation strategy and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Design

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term HR strategies and plans that align directly with our core business objectives.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors on organizational structure, workforce planning, and building a sustainable, positive corporate culture.

2. HR Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluation to empower your team members and drive results.

3. Data-Driven HR & Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment costs, employee productivity) to generate insightful reports.

  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance improvement.

4. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring we meet our headcount and quality standards.

  • Recommend and implement an optimal organizational structure that supports the company’s strategic direction.

5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems

  • Establish, review, and continuously improve all HR processes, policies, and internal regulations.

  • Design and manage a competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits system that is compliant with Vietnamese Labor Law and attractive to top performers.

6. Learning, Development & Career Pathing

  • Create comprehensive training roadmaps and professional development plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with department heads to build clear competency frameworks and career progression paths for all roles.

7. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Champion initiatives to strengthen our corporate culture and boost employee engagement.

  • Utilize employee satisfaction surveys and feedback channels to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall employee experience.

8. Other Duties

  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR leadership or management role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in modern HR systems, performance management methodologies, and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures.

  • Legal Knowledge: Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and compliance requirements.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.

  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

  • Resilience: A logical thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
