DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BEN TRE (L,D)
This morning you will travel south from Saigon to Mekong Delta known as the rice bowl of Vietnam. The delta is the most fertile region of the country where the main crops are rice and tropical fruits. You will arrive and explore the province called Ben Tre or the Land of coconut and its products.
10:30 Arriving Ben Tre Farm Stay.
11:00 Hopping on your bicycle for half an hour ride to the farm where you can learn and plant vegetables with locals. Enjoy tea and tropical fruits at the farm with some local specialities including Elephant Ear Fish & banana flower chips.
12:30 Riding back to your stay for lunch.
14:30 Boarding your boat at Ben Tre Farm Stay riverside dock to begin your exploration of the area and cruise along the tributaries of the mighty Mekong River. Visit brick factory where the old fashioned kiln techniques are used with making and heating brick by traditional ways of a hundred years in Mekong delta. Continue your trip by boat explore into the smaller cannels and stop at a riverside coconut processing factory. Stop at Nhon Thanh market and take a walk to visit a village where you can learn how sleeping mat are made by hand and local materials. Enjoy evening country side daily life activities from the way back to your stay tonight.
18:30 Enjoy dinner at the farm-stay’s restaurant and you may participate our cooking class under guidance of the chief cook. Barbecue & chat with our staff at opened ground before going to bed at our stay.
DAY 02: BẾN TRE – HO CHI MINH CITY (B,L)

09:00 Begin your exploring depth into the village, market and Riverine life style of Mekong delta by bicycle. Riding to Mr. Sau Khanh s‘ house – seeing ancient porcelains collecting set Continue to visit Ben Tre market which is one of the most friendly and colourful market in Mekong delta.
11:00 Back to your stay check-out and continue your trip to back to Ho Chi Minh City – Lunch at the local restaurant on the way.
